The space
You are going to LOVE what we’ve done to this condo! It was already amazing and the location is unbeatable - but we took it to another level! Being only one villa back from the beachfront makes for a fabulous view of the water and waves right from the balcony. Plenty of seating (table and chairs, loveseat and coffee table) there to enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean or drink your coffee in the morning sunshine. Our villa location has the BEST morning sun!

We offer a private queen bedroom with it's own brand new smart 55" TV, 2 adorably themed bunks in the hallway with LED surround lights that you can change with a remote control. Yes each bunk has their own so there will be no fighting! HAHA (best suited for children under 13. They measure 75" x 25")
Also each has it's own outlet so you can plug in phones and ipads.
The living room features a new, beautiful sofa sleeper.
You can enter the private bathroom from either the bedroom or the hallway.
The condo is a total of 540 square feet so it is not huge, but is well designed to give everyone their own space. Just keep the size of the area in mind, though - we do feel like it is best suited for couples or small families. It could feel rather cramped if you had 6 adult guests.
The kitchen has all the amenities to cook or prepare meals - brand new stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker just purchased in February 2023. We also provide coffee, kettle, toaster, full sized refrigerator, and all the dishes and utensils right there for your convenience!
The living room also has a brand new 65" smart TV with cable channels. Free Wifi. The unit is located in a private area of the resort with endless activities right there on site. The restaurants and poolside bar offer fantastic food and drinks. Jamaica Joe's outdoor seating area overlooks the ocean and one of the private pools (it is the largest on the island.) Coconutz Sports Bar also has an awesome shady outdoor patio area. There is also Gatorz Pizza and Wings and an ice cream/slushy stand for the kids. The bike paths in the area are endless so the bike rental right there on the resort is also a great perk. Tennis and pickleball courts, playgrounds, a newly remodeled full gym, picnic and BBQ areas, sand volleyball and a private beach are all right there! We also provide beach chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler that you are welcome to use on the beach!

Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort. Two restaurants on site, home to the island's largest pool, plus - less than one minute walk to the Beach!
Getting around
Bike paths are EVERYWHERE! There is also a trolley that runs through the entire island (map provided at the condo.) Taxis and Uber/Lyft drivers and typically very easy to come by. There is so much to do so close by and transportation is so accessible that renting a car is not something you would necessarily need to do.
